Soulfully Satisfying Dessert

If you are having dessert, it should be a dessert worth having.
Grilled-Peach Sundaes with Salted Bourbon Carmel Sauce from the New York Times Magazine/June 20, 2010, certainly sounds like it would fill the bill for me. Luscious and soul satisfying in just the title. You can taste the sweet, saltiness, and richness in your mouth before you even take your first spoonful.
