Post 1

Some people spend a lifetime learning how to live... (that would be me) and others have the intelligence to build upon the lifetime of others. Sharing some of my hard gained knowledge might benefit a few. So I will share a few of my discoveries. Right now my discoveries will be about creating your own body.
My breakfast is the same every day. I don't have to think about it, so nothing tempts me (at least for breakfast)
For the curious, a 16 ounce glass of water, a piece of seasonal fruit, a piece of whole wheat-multigrain toast with fruit sweetened jam (my personal thoughts on sugar are the more refined it is the more fattening it is), coffee with skim or soy milk, and of course the vitamins and calcium.
